The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals.
An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m.

The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

The upper level features two more bedrooms, one with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request and one with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have access to the balconies with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. A bathroom with a shower is available on this level for convenience.

The villa offers its own private outdoor space, where a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a BBQ area create the perfect environment for relaxation and al fresco dining. The swimming pool can be heated upon request free of charge from April to June and from September to November at about 26 – 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days’ advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
